These Terms of Service govern access to and purchases from CarryGrid at https://getcarrygrid.com. The store is operated by BACKPACKTECH LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights under Dutch and EU law remain fully applicable.

Products and information

We provide product descriptions, materials, dimensions, compatibility information, colours, and images as accurately as reasonably possible. Device displays and production batches may create minor visual differences that do not affect a product's essential characteristics. Before ordering, please review the product page and contact us if you need clarification.

Orders and contract formation

Products displayed on the website are invitations to place an order. When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We acknowledge receipt electronically. The sales contract is formed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation or shipment confirmation.

If an item becomes unavailable or a clear pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you promptly. You may choose an available alternative or receive a full refund for the affected item.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices presented to consumers include applicable VAT where required. Any delivery charge or other mandatory cost will be disclosed before the order is submitted. CarryGrid currently offers free standard delivery for orders delivered within the Netherlands.

Payment

Payment is due when the order is submitted. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and currently include eligible Visa and Mastercard cards. Payment authorisation and security checks may be completed by the relevant payment processor and card issuer. We will provide an electronic order confirmation after purchase.

Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to the Shipping Policy. CarryGrid remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to you or to a person you designated to receive it, subject to applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and pre-shipment cancellations are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Product conformity and legal guarantee

Products must match the sales agreement and perform as customers may reasonably expect. If a product is defective or non-conforming, contact backpacktechllc@getcarrygrid.com. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price adjustment, or refund in accordance with applicable Dutch and EU consumer law.

Acceptable website use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You must not interfere with website security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, misuse another person's information, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, or use the store for fraud or unlawful activity.
