Where does CarryGrid deliver?
We currently deliver only to valid addresses within the Netherlands.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery within the Netherlands is free.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery generally takes another 3–5 business days, for an estimated total of approximately 4–7 business days after successful payment.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, we send the tracking details to the email address used during checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel before the order ships by emailing backpacktechllc@getcarrygrid.com. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery.
What is the return period?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the final item in your order is delivered.
Can I return a product after trying it?
Yes. You may open, inspect, and reasonably try the product. Please return the product with the parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging that are still available.
Are any products excluded from returns?
No. All product categories sold by CarryGrid are included in the 30-day return policy.
Do I have to pay return shipping or a restocking fee?
No. CarryGrid pays approved return shipping within the Netherlands and does not charge a restocking, handling, or return fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. CarryGrid pays the approved return shipping and standard replacement-delivery cost. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer another option or issue a refund.
How quickly are refunds processed?
After an eligible return arrives and is approved, we submit the refund to the original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the credit.
What should I do if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
Email backpacktechllc@getcarrygrid.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and, when helpful, photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, completion of the order, or refund at no additional cost.
